Farm Weekly spoke with SeaStock MD Tom Puddy about the company’s first commercial harvest just prior to the announcement that the Australian government would sign on to the global methane pledge.
They spoke about scaling up commercial production to meet growing demand, on shore and off shore cultivation, the cooperation between aquaculture and agriculture and the potential cost savings for primary producers not to mention the positive environmental impact.
